Building Images of “President Trump”: Comparing Co-evolutions of the Trade War Discourse between Influencers and Regular Users on Twitter

Using semantic network analysis, this paper examines how three types of Twitter influencers and the regular users frame “President Trump” in discourses Trade War. In addition to revealing central words word clusters adopted by different categories users, also studies co-evolved over time between using coherency lag analysis. Overall, we discovered that all took a negative stance on illustrating President Trump’s image, while demonstrated polarized attitudes toward it. The significant lags highly pairs indicated complicated interactions users.
